Hellionish’s Commission Terms of Service

Please read everything below before Commissioning me! By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to my TOS, wether you actually read it or not.

Failing to follow my TOS will result in a block and blacklist.

  • I take payment through PayPal or Cashapp!

  • I will also accept other forms of payment such as, buying adopts, clothing, items, etc that I’m wanting! I will repay you with art equal the amount you paid for.

  • Your Commission is started AFTER you send FULL PAYMENT.

  • No backing out or refunds after payment is complete. This will result in me blocking you and a blacklist to all future commissions, adopts, and bases.

  • I will only issue a refund if I’ve taken longer than 6 months to start on your Commission. If I think you need a refund otherwise, I will let you know immediately.

  • Turnaround time depends greatly on my life outside of social media. Commissions can take anywhere between a few days to a few months if my Art Queue is low. And anywhere between a few weeks to 6 months if my art queue is full.

  • I will always send you WIPs after I start your Commission! You may ask for updates regarding if/when I’ll start, or if you have any questions!

  • Please do not bug me for updates constantly, I work at my own pace, and this will result in me not feeling motivated to want to work on your Commission.

  • Complex Characters will be subject to extra charges.

  • You MUST provide a clean and clear reference sheet of your character for most Commissions, along with a clear description of what you’re wanting to Commission. (Pose, expression, outfit, background, etc.)

  • As the Commissioner it is your responsibility to give me all the details of what you want me to draw BEFORE you send payment! I only make changes during the sketch stage, and big changes will cost extra! I will not make changes after the Lineart is complete!

  • NSFW is 18+ ONLY! And I will require ID proof that you’re of age! Take a photo of your ID with your username written next to it to prove you took the photo. You can cover everything else up except your birth date and username.

  • Deadlines are accepted but cost an extra fee. Cheaper for a later time, but becomes more expensive the sooner you want it finished.

  • Feel free to reach out and ask me questions!

  • I reserve the right to deny any Commission or Commissioner.

WONT Draw:

Asking me to draw any of the below subjects will result in a block and blacklist.

  • Mecha

  • Feral NSFW

  • Hate Symbols

  • Lolicon

  • Babyfur

  • CP

  • R*pe

  • Incest

  • Vore

  • Scat

  • Anything I find uncomfortable
